As breaking down in bug 1352176 comment 3, the callback of AsyncWait() could be invoked by the runnable dispatched to the nsIEventTarget provided to AsyncWait().

The priority of this bug is relatively low because LayerScopeWebSocketManager is disabled by default and is only used for debugging.

File this bug for tracking of labeling nsIAsync(In|Out)putStream::AsyncWait().
