attachment bar has different background in stand-alone msg window and 3-pane preview

I noticed the attachment bar (on the bottom of message preview, takes background color from the LW theme when msg is in stand-alone window, but not when it is in the mail 3-pane window. See the attachment. I'm not sure which version is better, but it probably should be consistent. Also notice in the image that when the attachment objects are expanded, their background is NOT from the LW theme in either case, so there is a gap between rows of colors from the LW theme (in the standalone case).
