bug 1357457 introduced a measure INPUT_EVENT_RESPONSE_COALESCED_MS which expires in 61. 

When we hit Nightly 60 we should evaluate whether or not the probe will continue to be useful. If so, it should be made permanent. If not, it should be removed.
