1361212 - Include bug summary in dependency tree page/tab titles

STR: 
1) Have a tab open with https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showdependencytree.cgi?id=1354046&hide_resolved=1 loaded
2) Switch to other tabs while having many tabs open and try to find the relevant dependency tree or decide whether you can close the tab without selecting it.

Expected result:

I can easily identify whether the tab containing the dependency tree should be closed or whether it's a tab I'm looking for.
Suggestion: <title> is: "Dependencies: 1354046 - [meta] Implement the OnBoarding overlay"
* s/Dependency tree/dependency/ to save some characters
* s/ for/:/ to save some more characters
* s/Bug // to match show_bug titles and save more characters (at least on BMO)
* Include the summary to match show_bug behaviour
** This may also help SEO and the awesomebar results

Actual result:

<title> is "Dependency tree for Bug 1354046" which isn't very useful if I haven't memorized the bug number.
