Details

[Steps to Reproduce]
1. Open net monitor
2. Go to any sites (e.g. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org)
3. Select any rows in request lists (e.g. first row) -> sidebar will be displayed
4. Click pane toggle button twice

[Actual Results]
Jump to a far row.

[Expected Results]
Keep selected row.
