reports.cgi with code changes for display of any old datasets

I will hopefully attach some source code where I have modified "reports.cgi"
to display tables containing resolution codes etc from what is selected from
the listbox on the previous screen.(the one marked "Chart datasets:")
NB To make this more acceptable I may be able to make changes (depending on how
busy I am at work)
A diff of your code against whatever original you used (diff -u, for preference)
would be very helpful, if you have a second to make one.
