1365785 - [Test] Add mochitests to verify data channel constraints variations

Currently our mochitest for data channels only use a single variation of the possible arguments which can be passed into CreateDatachannel(). We should have a test which verifies if possible all, or at least a lot more of the possible combinations.

That looks a lot better then what we had so far. Let's close this bug once these new WPT tests landed in Mozilla-central.
