JSPlugin can not generate PDF file while using "Microsoft Print to PDF" driver in Win10.

After looking into the bug, it seems that the showprintdialog won't pass the correct paperWidth and paperHeight when we try to "print to PDF" which results in generating a PDF with empty content.
Currently, I can only think of setting a Default value to paperWidth and paperHeight. Since these values are got from OS directly.
Per check, paperWidth and paperHeight are zero while using "Microsoft Print to PDF" driver. If receiving unreasonable value, we should have a default size.
