1366492 - Identity block should use the same font size as the rest of the location bar

Attachment: Bug 1366492 - Let the identity block use the same font size as the rest of the location bar.

The vertical padding isn't needed anymore since we set a min-height on the location bar.

The padding-left and padding-right transition isn't needed anymore since we detached the back and forward buttons from the location bar.
