Details

A lot of work has gone into making the Android decoding service robust, and it's clear that there is more yet to be done. Other projects (like Servo!) could get a lot of value from reusing this. It's already pretty decoupled from Gecko, so I think it could make a lot of sense to break this out like we've done for other things like cubeb.
