From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.9+)
Gecko/20020324
BuildID: 2002032408

The page http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A23253-2002Apr10.html
loads, but no text is displayed. The right banner ad is moved against the left
site navigation bar. I have seen this in several places with this build, but
this is the prime example I can point to. The text should occupy the center of
the page, below the top nav bar, and between the left nav bar and the right
banner ad. The page works fine in IE 5.00.3315.1000

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Mozilla 0.9.9 build 2002032408
2. Enter the following URL:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A23253-2002Apr10.html
3. Hit enter.

Actual Results: Page text is not shown and the location of the right banner ad
is incorrect.

Expected Results: Page text should be centered between the site's left nav bar
and the right banner ad.
