Details

Currently Optimizely strips the GA referrer from visits included in an experiment. We'll need to set GA referrers manually.

This issue was resolved for traffic cop in: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1364236

Depending on the version of optimizely we're running, it will need to be resolved in by referencing one of these articles:
