All *.pl, *.PL, *.pm, *.js and *.css files use 4-space indent.
All templates *.tmpl use 2-space indent. 

My editor is configured this way, but a new person's isn't going to be.

BMO should include an .editorconfig file for this.

Is somebody working on this? Otherwise can someone assign this to me?
