Add the "Oh no! Reflow!" addon to Firefox
Open the Browser Console
Hover mouse cursor over the addon button in the toolbar
Moose out of the toolbar button
Check console

ER:
No console message

AR:
"Error: Popup destroyed" in console. It looks like this code expects the popup to have a browser but tooltips don't have a browser.
