1371357 - Clean up remaining references to influxdb

https://dxr.mozilla.org/build-central/search?q=influxdb_cre&redirect=false still shows a few places where we're referencing influx, even though we don't use it any more. We should clean up those references to avoid confusion.

For mozharness I deleted entire class InfluxRecordingMixin
This class is imported in (1) and use in class BuildScript,I'm not sure how much impacts if I remove this class,I didn't see function defined in InfluxrecordingMixin to be used in BuildScript.

This patch should delete references from relabs-puppet repository,I see that this repository is not used to much,latest pushes are from 2 mounths,should I delete also the references from here?

It wouldn't hurt.

Maybe Amy would know if relabs-puppet is still in use.
