Does Arshad also automatically get an ldap account as it was before? I wanted to add him to the blog as an author, but it says: User [e-mail] not found in LDAP Directory

I also forgot my password after changing it so I can't change my ssh keys from login.mozilla.com .

I think you need to file a new bug.

Please file a new bug in MOC: Service Requests asking for your password to be reset. With that you will be able to access login.mozilla.org and upload the new SSH key.
