Details
Since we deprecated requiring assume: scopes for calling our API endpoints, we should remove their use entirely, as they can cause confusion. This is just a cleanup from what we decided a long time ago, and it would be good to see this through to completion.

When did we decide that? https://docs.taskcluster.net/manual/design/devel/best-practices/scopes says otherwise.
