Details

nexus-5-3 attached to autophone-2 has hung. Any attempt to access it via shell will hang the command. powertopping and rebooting the host has no effect.

this phone is unresponsive, a symptom we've seen several times before. the fix is to let the battery drain out, which i'm doing. bc will need to plug back in the cable when he comes on site.
