Can you please clarify your request. By the looks of it, you want Cambodian public holidays included in the Calendar product? As fas as I know we don't provide national holidays for any country but users can import them themselves. Or are you saying that the import fails?
Component: Untriaged → General
Product: Thunderbird → Calendar
Version: 52 Branch → Lightning 5.4
We don't have an holiday calendar for Cambodia so I confirm this.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW

there is no error or bug with your thunderbird or lightning. I just want to contribute a Cambodia National Holiday. I am not Cambodian. I am an Indonesia, but I am working in Cambodia. And I want to contribute a Cambodia national holiday. But if you do not want, you can trash the file. I see in the https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/projects/calendar/holidays/ link, that if I want to contribute, I can. Contributing a Holiday Calendar If you would like to send us your calendar files, please follow these steps: Create a new local calendar, e.g. "$Country$ Holidays". Create the different holidays of your country in this local calendar. Right-click on this calendar and choose "Export Calendar". Please use the iCalendar (ics) format. Open a bug in Bugzilla. Add your holiday file as an attachment in the new bug. But now, I send the file, you comment many things.
You did the right procedure :) Someone will check your calendar and, if it's OK, it will be added to the Holiday Calendars page. Did you also verified Cambodia holidays on some other site, maybe an institutional one? Thanks a lot for your contribution.

As this calendar needs changes, whoever feels like creating an updated calendar file can do so. There is a new process to contribute a calendar in place, see the instructions below. I am going to mark this issue as resolved (incomplete).
Contributing a Holiday Calendar
If you would like to send us your calendar files, please follow these steps:
- Create a new local calendar, e.g. "$Country$ Holidays".
- Create the different holidays of your country in this local calendar.
- Right-click on this calendar and choose "Export Calendar". Please use the iCalendar (ics) format.
- Create a Pull Request or file an Issue on the website repository (https://github.com/thundernest/thunderbird-website) and attach your holiday file.
