1. Launch Navigator
2. Installe pseudo JA laungucage p[ack from above URL
3. Select Edit/Preferences/Appearance/Language and Copntent
4. Select Japanese(Japan)from installed Language pack:
5. Exit from Navigator
6. relaunch Navigator
7. You will have an error ,Menuitem label="&registerNetscape.label;"
---------------^  in red.
