Steps to reproduce:

Upgraded from 52.1.2esr to 52.2esr. Open several or more tabs, and after opening 8 or more tabs the application generates a small flashing window in top left hand corner and makes the application very difficult to use, this is continuous and is happening for all users in our Org that have upgraded to 52.2esr.

We tested this issue on Windows 10 x64 using the steps from the description but we didn't manage to reproduce it. In our case, everything works as expected. Based on the fact that all your organization has this problem I suspect the fact that you all use some program or add-on. Do you have any add-ons installed on your profile?
