The profile in bug 1371646 (https://perfht.ml/2r21Liz) shows some rasterize steps that seem excessively long; in particular, there's a 152ms rasterize starting at about 8.68s. Several others are in the 45-60ms range, too.
Jeff, can you take a look and see if something looks like a target for non-WR fix?
