Build:  Beta 8.0(4299)

STR: 

1. Have two or more iOS (optional an Android) devices synced with the same account 
2. Send a tab from an iOS device to another mobile device

Expected:

The Push Notification is received by the counterparty

Actual:

The push notification is not received by the counterparty (iOS/android), but if sync is performed, tabs are retrieved.

Please note that the notification is received if sent TO a desktop firefox build.

Please disregard "Please note that the notification is received if sent TO a desktop firefox build."- the notification is received on desktop only after a sync or a background sync is performed. 

Also, across mobile devices the notification is received if "sync-minimize the app" action is performed or again, an automatic background sync is performed by Firefox

I don't think 4299 had this functionality implemented.

This was part of "Bug 1373276 - Call POST /account/devices/notify in the send tab extension" which only landed yesterday. It should be part of the next TestFlight Build, which will go out today or tomorrow morning.

Making this a P1 for 8.0. This can be tested again when the next TestFlight beta goes out. (Hopefully Wednesday evening, July 5th)

I can confirm this as WFM on the master version 8.0(1)
