Repro:
1. clear your cache
2. enable 'Ask me before downloading image'
3. go to any bugzilla page 
4. confirm dialog about image downloading (don't hurry)

Actual:
After second confirmation is page displayed, but page renders againg after
displayed image. See screenshot.

Expect:
Only one page of bugzilla will be enough.
