1380588 - Vimeo & cnn video's pause button doesn't change if paused form the media notification remote control

Device: 
-Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 (Android 5.1);
-Motorola Nexus 6 (Android 7.0);
-Huawei Honor 8 (Android 6.0);
Build: Nightly 56.0a1 (2017-07-13);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to vimeo.com or cnn.com and play a video.
2. From the Android media notification control, press pause.
3. Check the player's button state has changed from "pause" to "play".
4. Resume video.

Expected result:
The player's button state has changed from "pause" to "play", for video that are in a paused state.

Actual result:
On vimeo & cnn, the button remains as "pause", when the video is already paused from the remote control.

Notes:
On the x86 device, Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 (Android 5.1), after these steps, the video sometimes doesn't play anymore, until you refresh the page. Not a persistent issue, it was fixed after a Clear data.
