If mochitests (non-e10s) are run with WR enabled, test_bug1013412 fails. This can be reproduced locally by running: ./mach mochitest --disable-e10s --keep-open=false dom/events/test/test_bug1013412.html I looked at the failure, and I think it's a bug in the test - we blast through all the wheel events without waiting for a paint. dvander actually pointed this out when the test was added, in bug 1013412 comment 8 but at the time I didn't fix it. Now is the time!
