Details

Removing a mail account does not delete any of the files associated with the
account.

When you then create new accounts with the same server strage things can happen.
 For example, I ended up with to Inboxes displayed on an IMAP mail account.

I think this is related to the bug about an error copying to the sent mail
folder, which seems to be a problem updating the mail files, folders and prefs
when removing or modifying mail server settings
