For example: a user who uses Release and gets selected as multiBucket1 and then switches to Nightly will have dom.ipc.processCount.web set to 1 disabling e10s-multi (possibly forever) for them.
Summary: Switching between profiles can disable e10s-multi → Switching between Releases on the same profile can disable e10s-multi
