I'm getting an error at the above URL when trying to load it with a 9/14 build
of seamonkey. It works fine with 4.x.
Blocks: 13449
Target Milestone: M11
It loads (sort of) if the blank in the url is removed ... maybe this is an
encoding problem (like 10429 or 10373 or 12277)
Target Milestone: M11 → M13
This is odd. spaces in URLs are not allowed.
What about bug 12277? There is talk about encoding spaces in URLs as %20. If
this space is really necessary (can this be verified?) then this might be a
possible solution

fixing this with my other cleanups for nsStdURL.
BTW I get the same 400 error on 4.7.
