test_ext_extension_content_telemetry.js and test_ext_storage_telemetry.js were written to use subsessions in order to check for telemetry recordings with OOP extensions. Unfortunately Android does not have subsessions.

The tests need to be updated to use conditional code to do a different set of checks on Android, if we want the tests running there at all. I have disabled the tests on Android in order to land them, and this bug is to track re-enabling them, if we feel that is a priority.
Do you think this bug if worth working on, or should we just leave the tests disabled on Android? Will Android be getting OOP extensions?

Android will not be getting OOP extensions. I would put this in the backlog for post 57.
