Details
Primary reason is that localstack fails horribly due to this bug: https://github.com/localstack/localstack/issues/215 Our code uploads (PUT) .sym files (gzipped) and then later does a query `ListObjectsV2` and then it chokes with "500 Internal Server Error". Unable to fix. Also moto_server is super lightweight and quite possibly simpler and smaller surface area of things going wrong.
