To reproduce:
Visit https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/ with JavaScript disabled.

There are "Windows (XP/Vista)" download buttons for all the channel versions of FF.


These buttons and links should be completely removed as there are no future releases that support XP/Vista.
Will take a look later.

Given that Firefox 52 drops the XP/Vista support sometime soon, we can clean up the code after the EOL.
