Details
This is a user reported bug during user research. User was using Nightly 56 on Windows 8 and doing multiple things (as described below) while he used Plex. “Nightly began to seize up a lot while I had multiple tabs open while adding more media to my Plex server. During this process I’m jumping around websites pulling episode summaries and artwork and putting them into my database while I burn and label DVD episodes. Nightly just couldn’t keep up and I had to switch browsers.” “Since I was already having speed issues with Nightly I didn’t want to start piling on the extensions.”

Is the user accessing the Plex system through the browser? Or using an app? Do you have any information about the laptop? About how many tabs?

Unfortunately it came up during an interview to test the onboarding tour so we didn't get to dig deeper into this scenario like number of tabs and other info.

Resolving incomplete because we don't have enough information to take action. If more comes to light, happy to reopen and try to come up with steps to reproduce the problem.
