I was visiting https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Network_Monitor 

What happened?

It was taking too long time to load. Seeing in the network panel, it seems that attachments from mdn.mozillademos.org is also taking too much time to load. Screenshot is attached

What should have happened?
==========================
The site should load fast

Is there anything else we should know?
======================================
I have tried to load https://mdn.mozillademos.org/files/13262/nm-security.png and it was taking too much time. Informed #moc and it seems that they were not facing the problem. So maybe the problem is for user from Asia.

So I have checked again, and it seems like the situation get better at this moment.
