Wouldn't it make more sense if the S hotkey in the right-click menu for an image
was mapped to "Save," instead of "set as wallpaper?"  It should be changed in
both images displayed as part of a page, and just going to an image directly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a page
2. right-click an image
3. note the hotkeys in the context menu

Actual Results:  The S hotkey is for "set as wallpaper"

Expected Results:  It would make more sense if it was for "Save"

Bug 240642 asked for "Save Link As", not "Save Image As", to have S as a
mnemonic.  But either way, "Properties" should be changed from P to R (to be
consistent with Windows Explorer) and "Set as Wallpaper" should be changed from
S to P.
