While looking for bugs about dropdowns in Preferences, I found that the mouseover behavior for Privacy -> Notifications Permissions dropdowns is inconsistent. Sometimes, moving the mouse causes the dropdown to disappear. I was able to reproduce it around half the time, movie to follow.
