Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020420
BuildID:    2002042006

Quick Launch does not start with the normal double click on the Mozilla icon. It
only starts on the Startup of Windows.
Tested on Win98 and Win2k (2002042006).
After booting Windows the QuickLaunchicon is in the Taskbar.
If I close this Icon and Start Mozilla again with the icon on the Desktop, the
Taskbaricon is not come up again.
This is not fixed with Bug 133120

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
0. QuickLaunch is on in Pref.
1. Boot Windows -> QL in Taskbar
2. Close all Mozilla Windows and Mozilla QuickLaunch in the Taskbar
-> No mozilla.exe in the Task-Manager
3. Start mozilla.exe with no parameters (Mozillaicon on the desktop)
4. -> No Mozillaicon in the Taskbar (=QuickLaunch not started)
5. Close the opened Window (3.)
-> No mozilla.exe in the Task-Manager

Actual Results: QuickLaunch will only start with Windowsbooting.

Expected Results: QuickLaunch always started when Mozilla starts

Additional info:

I have found that if you go into Preferences, deselect the quick launch check
box, reselect it and hit ok, that the sys tray icon comes up.
it looked fixed for me in 2002052508 on Win98 -> fixed
