Details

Attempted to run NpRAP.EXE according to MS insrtructions and received a dialog
that said it could not find Netscape Navigator verion 2.0 or later ... so
therefore it would not install.  Therefore, site will not work.
Build ID ?
Why is this a mozilla problem if the installer doesn't work ?

I can't find where this plugin in on the site, but either way we don't support
Active X sorry. And there is already an RFE requesting activeX. So this isn't a
bug,, its uhh umm a feature! :)
