It looks like a locale issue? I use en-US version and both words are read as 'Customize' correctly

That's a question for the reporter, not me. Which locale are you using? If you're using en-GB, it's simply behind with translations, and missing strings fall back to en-US. If that's the case, this bug is INVALID.

The bug was relayed to me but the screenshot looks like its from coworker based in UK. I'm assuming he's using en-GB. I will mark it as INVALID.
