[Affected versions]: Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-08-29) [Affected platforms]: Mac OS X 10.12, Windows 10 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open the Menu 2. From the zoom area, click on the vertical line that is between the "+" symbol and the full-screen symbol. 3. You can also click on the blank space from the left of the "Zoom" [Expected result]: The menu should stay open, only if you click outside this area the menu should close. [Actual result]: The menu is closing when you click on that area. Note: Also if you are connected to Sync you will have a different vertical line and the issue is reproducible also there. Please see the video for a better understanding.

This is not really a photon issue - the same thing happens on 56 beta without photon, with the separators between the zoom items. However, the fact that it happens on the empty space in front of 'zoom' (or if you click the text of 'zoom', for instance) means we should probably fix that. Updating the summary for the more severe issue and moving this to the structure team as it has nothing to do with the work the visual team has been doing.

Bug 1400024 fixes everything except the separator in the fxa item. Morphing this bug accordingly.
