Element Hiding Helper has no immediate plans to migrate for Firefoxy 57.  The authors are looking at adding some of the functionality from Element Hiding Helper into AdBlock Plus in the future.

Logically, the ABP add-on is the priority to have a version that will run on Firefox 57 before November.
With Firefox 57 only WebExtensions are permitted and are, by default, e10s compatible.
