can't make bookmark property dialog go away w/out selecting a notification method

Details

Open the bookmarks. Select a bookmark and bring up the bookmark properties
window. Make a change to it (like the title) then click the "OK" button. It
insists that you have a notification method selected, even if you don't want one,
and none was selected when the dialog came up.
