Details

A final pass of strict rules-based filters should be included in: recommendation_manager.py 

This will ensure that final guids include only compatible addons if information pertaining to compatibility is available for a given client.

We currently only recommend AMO indicated "featured" addons. No feature extensions are planned for TAAR in H1 2020.
