Steps to reproduce:

Go to any URL (for example http://design.firefox.com/)
Click on the "i" icon on the left side of Address Bar.
Same applies to the "Shield" icon with Tracking Protection enabled.

A menu opens.
Go to sub menu by clicking arrow button on right top corner of menu


Actual results:

Context menu and sub menus differ is styling comparing to other menus and sub menus (for example Library sub menu)


Expected results:

Address Bar menu and sub menus should match styling of other menus and submenus
