Steps to reproduce:

Without needing to edit the about:config to disable the Tour Wizard, there should be an option to get rid of the icon.


Actual results:

top left had side, icon still shows up.


Expected results:

Have an option to click on the icon to permanently remove the Tour icon from the about:newtab (a check box is enough)

Now click the `Skip tour` button at bottom left in overlay should show the watermark instead.

I'm suggesting not showing it at all, a proper cancel and not just a watermark.

This bug isn't resolved or a dube. A watermark doesn't cancel or get rid of the icon. If you cancel the tour, it shouldn't be needed anymore.
