[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser 
2. Go to Customize and enable the Title bar
3. Measure the Title Bar with Compact and and Normal density 

Actual result:
The Title bar height is smaller than in the specs > 20 px 

Expected result:
The Title bar measurements(height) should match the specs - 30 px height.

That's the Windows spec screenshot. The macOS spec is at http://design.firefox.com/people/shorlander/photon/Mockups/macOS.html , and it has a narrower title bar.

From specs you mentioned, there is no precise measures for each Platform(Mac OS in this case). Per my understanding, where there is no specific measure, we should consider the following specifications(as general rule on all platforms):

If this is not intended, please provide dimension specs for each platform.

Title bar height does not match the specs on Mac OS 10.9 on Beta 57.0b3 also.

Marking P5 for now, shorlander's not concerned about this for 57. There's some question if this is even fixable per-spec due to platform limitations, and if the spec itself is actually what we want. Possible we'll end up wontfixing this, but that's something we can dig into after 57.
