While adding releases locales checks in PollBot for the Delivery Dashboard I realized that some locales builds where missing for EME builds. For instance for Beta: 'be for linux-x86_64-EME-free, be for mac-EME-free, be for win32-EME-free, be for win64-EME-free, ja-JP-mac for mac-EME-free files are missing at https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/56.0b10/' Right now I am ignoring EME from my checks, let me know if you want to add it back as soon as it is fixed. Also I noticed that we don't have EME builds for ESR releases. Is it because EME didn't exists at the time of Firefox 52 or is it because we don't plan on building them for the ESR channel?

Thanks for letting us know about this. The locale list is manually maintained so we missed the be locale coming back in Bug 1359321. ja-JP-mac should have been added when mac was enabled in https://github.com/mozilla-partners/mozilla-EME-free/commit/5d9bf55b6570ab4c4c1add9536ae2f21ca7fcd3d. I'll make a pull request to fix these two issues up. I don't have the history for ESR+EME but I suspect it's the latter reason.
