This is a shutdown hang, mostly while spinning the event loop in mozilla::dom::workers::RuntimeService::Cleanup(). I'd guess that this is just a new signature, due to the Quantum DOM work renaming things, but I'm not sure what the old signature would have been.
Maybe baku has thoughts?
