Overview: The following items either are layout problems or typos when selecting
the Account panel for any type of account (pop, imap or news). Account Setup
Spec: http://gooey/client/5.0/specs/mail/accountSetup/accountSetup.html

1. Typo:  The first paragraph includes "system administractor".
Expect: It should state "system administrator".

2. Layout: The string "The account name identifies each account" is too close to
the text above and text box below.
a. Expect: An extra line should be inserted above and below this statement.
b. Expect: The text string should be changed to "The account name is used to
identify each account."

3. Layout: "Account Name:" string is not centered.
Expect: "Account Name:" string should be centered with its text box.

4. Layout: "Identitiy" string needs more space below.
Expect: Another blank line should be added between "Identity" and it's first
paragraph "Each account can have....".

5. Layout: "Your Name", "Email Address", "Reply-to Address" and "Organization":
Expect:
a. should have a colon after each string (i.e. "Your Name:")
b. should display closer to the text boxes
c. text boxes should be left and right alligned.

6. Layout: Entire right panel displays to closely to the "Name" box.
Expect: The space between the Name box and the text in the right panel should
include more spaces. Please see spec.

7. Layout: The "Edit vCard" and "Edit" buttons are not alligned with each other.
Expect: The "Edit vCard", "Edit" and "Advanced" (when available)  buttons to be
left and right alligned with each other.

because of the size of this bug, let's leave this closed and either annotate
some of the other bugs against this panel, or create new bugs for the individual
issues if there are any.
