Details

Environment:
Device: Huawei MediaPad M2 (Android 5.1.1), Nexus 6P (Android 8.0);
Build: Nightly 58.0a1 (2017-10-15);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Settings -> Search and change the order of the search engines by setting them as default;
2. Restart the browser, type something in the URL bar and observe the "quick" search bar.

Expected result:
The search engines are in the same order as they were before restarting.

Actual result:
The order for search engines is changed.

Notes: reproducible only when user is changing the order for first time.

I wasn't able to find a valid regression range for this issue. Went as back as 2016-01-02 and the issue is still reproducible. And for build for 2015, the UI is different and older builds are crashing.
